From 25 to 29 April 2016 we will present our automation and drive solution at the Hannover Messe Industrie (HMI) in exhibition hall 14 at booth K17 and we will directly present how you can integrate our smart systems at a handling unit which include the software, control and drives as components or complete solutions flexibly in your machine concepts. Furthermore, we will show you how an intuitive and web-based operation really looks like and how it significantly shortens your commissioning and changeover times.
Highlight: 3-axes handling as plug & play solution
VisualisationAt the Hannover Messe Baumüller will introduce an automation solution for handling systems that can be retrofitted.The visitors can convince themselves of the intuitively operation via the new Baumüller visualization as well as of the benefits of web capability and the open interfaces. The unit is able to be integrated into nearly every machine type – as a plug & play solution it is suitable for new systems as well as for existing systems due to its extremely short commissioning times.
Baumüller offers networking within the services sector via sensor-based machine monitoring that the mechanical engineer or user can connect with different service models. This solution as well will be presented at the trade fair as part of the total package.
Box PC BaumllerRegarding the control components Baumüller will be introducing the new serial of industry PCs b maXX PCC04 which is a powerful and scalable solution for all control tasks in combination with the new HMIs. The Ethernet-based system is suited as a master control for all systems or can be integrated in an existing system as slave.
Within the power electronics range the Nuremberg manufacturer is introducing the new multi-axis controller. In the new b maXX 5800 up to six axes can be controlled independent of one another from one controller. This way Gantry axes for example can be controlled in a CPU. This solution copes without fieldbus communication between the axes and offers extreme quickly communication and reaction times
servomotoren dscWith the new version of the three-phase synchronous motor DSC 135 Baumüller represents a drive that is particularly compact and capable of very high acceleration. Particularly for the plastics industry and in this case as a drive that can be ejected the new DSC was provided with a special bearing in order to compensate the axial process forces, overload capacity and a mechanical interface for the spindle connectivity. In order to achieve the maximum power density and compactness the motor can be obtained with integrated water cooling.
Furthermore new and provided with oil cooling are the servo motors DSD2 56-100 and the high torque motors DST2 135-400. Therewith an alternative to water cooling is provided by Baumüller which is particularly interesting for hydraulic systems as the coolant is already present in the system in this case.
