The FDT Group, Fieldbus Foundation, HART Communication Foundation, OPC Foundation and PI (PROFIBUS & PROFINET International) will once again co-sponsor and promote the third annual Field Communication Lounge (www.fieldcommunicationlounge.com) exhibit at one of the world’s largest automation trade shows, the 2013 Hannover Messe, 8-12 April, Hannover, Germany. Inside the Lounge, these organizations and their members will exhibit their individual process and factory automation communication and integration technologies in a co-located demonstration and display area, making it convenient for show visitors. The Field Communication Lounge will be located at a new location in Hall 9, Stand D76 this year.
The Field Communication Lounge creates a single exhibit area for visitors to learn about and experience the latest in field communication and integration technologies and discuss how they are used to deliver powerful results that may quickly improve a company’s profitability. The Lounge’s co-sponsored exhibit allows leading suppliers to demonstrate their automation solutions. Fair visitors will have a central place to discuss the leading automation communication protocols and integration technologies – their advantages, applications and their relevance in practice.
