Using its inductive ring sensors, wenglor sensoric group has established new benchmarks for dependable and accurate detection of small metal components in feed hoses. These sensors merge cutting-edge design with precise sensing capabilities. Its detachable casing with a two-part coil allows for rapid and adaptable installation/removal of the sensor on feed hoses, thereby addressing a frequent issue in industry by simplifying the mounting process significantly. This also aids in reducing machine downtime during the replacement of hoses or performing essential repairs. The strong and compact design featuring a cable outlet aligned with the hose makes it easier to use in tight areas, and the fully visible LED display along with the user-friendly plug-and-play connection guarantees simple operation.
