When SPS 2025, the leading trade fair for smart and digital automation solutions, opens its doors in Nuremberg from November 25 to 27, 2025, TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP will demonstrate what “smart” means in terms of dynamic energy supply. The focus will be on the manufacturer’s TOTALTRAX concept, which combines individual components such as energy chains, cables, and connectors into perfectly coordinated, modular, practical, and always application-optimized complete solutions.

“Our customers’ requirements are more diverse than ever before,” explains Jochen Becker, Sales Director for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP. “That’s precisely why we see our role as not supplying individual components, but complete systems that are precisely tailored to the specific application. With TOTALTRAX, we provide answers to questions that extend far beyond the energy chain.”

The TOTALTRAX concept has long been an integral part of a wide variety of industries. Initially used primarily in machine tool manufacturing, the applications for energy chains are now significantly broader: from port cranes and mobile machinery to robotics. The modular approach allows energy chain specialists to develop the right application-specific system solution for any environment and load, based on plastic, steel, or hybrid chains.

In addition to TOTALTRAX, TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP will be showcasing further product highlights at SPS 2025:

The TKHP – the innovative high-performance energy chain for extreme travel distances and high additional loads. The TKHP is available in specifications 85 and 90 with two different inner heights – optionally sliding, rolling, or with innovative roller damping.

The UNIFLEX Advanced – a universal series that impresses with its robustness and user-friendly design, and is designed for a wide range of applications.

The ROBOTRAX® & PBU retraction unit – energy chain solutions for industrial robots and cobots that combine high load capacity with ease of handling thanks to a robust steel core in the 3D chain.

TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP’s mission remains clear: to provide users with a complete product and system portfolio, free from the limitations of a “material dogma.” Plastic, steel, or hybrid – all variants are available and configurable in millimeter increments.

The company sees itself as a partner to its customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. From the initial inquiry and design to installation, engineers and technicians support the implementation. This is facilitated not only by the broad product portfolio but also by decades of experience in mechanical and plant engineering.
