The new NRTVG runner block (NRII Temperature Vacuum Graded) for BSHP ball rail systems (size 25) is made entirely of metal. This durable design makes it ideal for precision motion tasks performed in a vacuum, harsh environments, or extreme temperatures ranging from -30 °C to 200 °C.
Engineered from corrosion-resistant steel, this industrial runner block withstands a variety of aggressive media. Additionally, various wipers made from metal or resistant plastics are available as optional attachment elements to enhance protection.

For heavy-duty protection, an optional pre-fitted cover plate wiper made of corrosion-resistant steel shields the system against coarse contamination like metal chips.
Long Service Life and Sustainable Maintenance
Depending on your specific engineering requirements, the new runner block combines seamlessly with a standard or an NRII rail. The unique design features a patented entry zone that delivers smooth operation.
The low-pulsation BSHP ball rail system achieves exceptional high precision and a long service life, reaching a travel life of 12 million km or more. For cost-effective maintenance, the guide rail and runner block can be replaced separately, minimizing resources and reducing downtime.
