igus®, a globally recognized supplier of motion plastics and automation technology, is set to exhibit at the 2026 International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), where it will present its newest innovations for automating, moving and streamlining manufacturing operations.
Built around the concept of “Motion in Automation,” the company’s presentation will focus on how motion components and automation systems can be paired to lower costs, ease machine design and boost production efficiency. Attendees at the booth will get a firsthand look at everything from maintenance-free motion plastics and cable/energy management systems to robotics and budget-friendly automation setups.
One highlight on display will be the E4Q e-chain®, built for tough applications thanks to its tool-free opening mechanism, lighter build and reinforced crossbar pull-out strength — features that make installation and cable routing easier.
The company will also present its iglide® lineup of plain bearings, which require no lubrication or upkeep and come in material variants suited to heavy loads, extreme temperatures, low-friction needs, chemical exposure, food-grade contact and rugged conditions.
Rounding out the display, the drylin® and drylin® E lines will illustrate grease-free linear guide systems and motorized automation, pairing lightweight, corrosion- and dirt-resistant linear technology with motors and controllers for turnkey, precision-ready motion setups.
