With the continuously evolving UNIFLEX Advanced (UA) product line, TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP is tapping into the spirit of the times. The UA1775 and UA1995 series are establishing themselves as central platforms for modern machine concepts – modular, robust, and easy to install.
“We are currently experiencing that machine builders increasingly require modular systems that are ready for use without long lead times,” explains Werner Eul, Head of Industry & Product Management at TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP. “UNIFLEX Advanced provides a resilient platform that can be flexibly adapted – regardless of whether it is for small assembly lines or large-format gantry axes.”
One system, many possibilities
The UNIFLEX Advanced 1775 has undergone significant development recently – not only in detail, but also in scope. New width options between 100 and 400 mm and various frame variants (closed or with folding brackets inside or outside) make the chain a universal solution for industries ranging from the automotive industry and machine tool manufacturing to agricultural technology and intralogistics.
The UA1775 also offers practical advantages from an assembly perspective: The connecting brackets can be opened and closed in just two steps. The tool required is a simple screwdriver. If a bracket remains open, it is still firmly attached to the chain link. If necessary, it can be released by simply turning it.
Quiet, durable, smooth-running
The four-part chain link design not only ensures smooth running but also saves storage space: few components, many options – that’s the modular concept in a nutshell. In combination with the TS3 divider system, new application scenarios arise, for example, for long travel distances or confined spaces. Particularly noteworthy: The cable carrier is made of up to 35% recycled material – an aspect that is also relevant in light of growing sustainability requirements.
When it can be a little bigger:
With the UNIFLEX Advanced 1995, TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP has further developed the system for larger cable cross-sections. Internal heights of 80 mm and widths of up to 600 mm (upon request) create space for complex cable packages – for example, in multifunctional machining centers or sophisticated gantry solutions. Despite its size, the UA1995 remains easy to install and features all the features of the series – including frames that can be opened from both sides and a smooth, wear-resistant surface. For optimal adaptation to the installation space, there is the RSH web design with particularly cable-friendly and stable aluminum profile bars in 1 mm pitch.
A modular system for the future.
Both series – UA1775 and UA1995 – are part of the modular UNIFLEX Advanced system. They are complemented by a wide range of accessories: from robust standard guide channels made of steel and aluminum to universal connectors and condition monitoring components. Complete system solutions – so-called TOTALTRAX® concepts – can also be implemented with these energy chains.
