icotek’s new Modular Interface System (MIS) brings together cable management and industrial connector integration in a single, space-saving design. At its core is a split cable entry that also allows 3A or 4A connectors to be built directly into the frame, with the system supporting both icotek inserts and equivalents from a wide range of other manufacturers.
Through the cable entry itself, cables with or without connectors — from 1 to 15 mm in diameter — can be inserted, sealed and strain-relieved in line with DIN EN 62444. 3A or 4A industrial connectors then attach straight onto the same frame.
What’s included
A complete MIS set comprises the frame with add-on housing for the socket insert, a cover, two screws and a locking element, plus the matching counterpart: a housing for the 3A/4A pin insert together with a cable gland (M20 for 6–12 mm cables, or M25 for 13–18 mm).
The frame carries CE compliance and is designed to work across brands, including Harting, Ilme, Phoenix Contact, TE Connectivity, Weidmüller, Lapp, Amphenol, Molex and RS Pro.
