TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP will use SPS 2026 in Nuremberg, held from 24 to 26 November, to present its range of cable carrier solutions. Two products lead the stand this year: the TKHP high-performance cable carrier for extreme conditions, and the pre-assembled TOTALTRAX systems, which combine carriers, cables and connectors into a single matched unit.
Jochen Becker, Sales Director D/A/CH at TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP, says customers are no longer looking only for individual components but for solutions tailored precisely to their applications. In his words, the TKHP and TOTALTRAX represent two different approaches that are both built around the user’s practical requirements.
TKHP: built for heavy-duty work
The TKHP series was designed for heavy-duty applications that call for high stability, a long service life and little maintenance. It guides cables safely over extremely long travel lengths, for example in bulk material handling plants.
The carrier comes in two specifications, 85 and 90, with two different inner heights. Depending on the application, it can run in a gliding or rolling arrangement, or with the company’s roller damping system. Widths are available in 1 mm increments, so the carrier can be matched to the installation space.
Several design details account for its load capacity:
- A symmetrically arranged longitudinal axis improves force transmission.
- An encapsulated stop system and a self-cleaning outer contour add robustness in harsh environments.
- Reinforced side bands, bolted chain links and a double fork-and-bracket link design provide extra stability.
The design also protects the cables inside the carrier, which contributes to a long operating life.
TOTALTRAX: complete systems from one supplier
With TOTALTRAX, TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP delivers cable carrier systems that are pre-assembled for the specific application. Carriers, cables and connectors arrive as a ready-to-install unit, which cuts assembly work, simplifies integration and improves process reliability.
The modular concept is used in many sectors, from machine tools and mobile machinery to port facilities and robotics. Plastic, steel or hybrid carriers can be selected and configured individually.
At the show
The company will also give an overview of its wider product portfolio and show how different applications can be solved with made-to-fit cable carrier systems. Its stated aim is to support customers from initial design through system configuration to installation.
TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP will be in Hall 3C, Stand 340.
