OMRON has introduced the OL-450S, a sleek, omni-directional autonomous mobile robot (AMR) aimed at enhancing workflows, boosting efficiency, and increasing safety in material handling.
With an integrated lifting plate, sophisticated navigation, and centralized fleet oversight, the OL-450S provides a comprehensive solution for automating material transport in automotive, semiconductor and electronics, food and household products, medical, and other high-speed industries.

The OL-450S effectively manages the movement of roll cages, trolleys, and various load carriers, supporting a payload of up to 450kg and a lifting height that spans from 108 to 308mm. Its built-in lifting plate removes the requirement for modifications or toppers, offering a ready-to-use solution that works with both standard and custom racks. This enables companies to enhance operational effectiveness without altering their infrastructure.
Advanced navigation and wireless charging for smarter operations
Equipped with 360-degree safety coverage and omni-directional drive, the OL-450S navigates complex layouts with ease, avoiding obstacles and ensuring safe operation around personnel. As with all OMRON AMRs, the OL-450S is managed by OMRON’s FLOW Core software, a centralized platform capable of managing fleets of up to 100 mobile robots with varying payload capacities. This enterprise-level system ensures seamless integration into existing infrastructure, enabling streamlined operations and optimal fleet performance.
